This Halloween was a Costumes 4 Less Halloween

You might think it is a little early to be thinking about Halloween, it is still a good two months away. In my house I usually begin the Halloween costumes in September. Notice I said I begin my costumes? That is because up until a few years ago I would make all my Halloween costumes. Sadly those days seem to be past me, my children have grown up and prefer to buy their costumes now instead of letting me make them. One one hand it is so much easier but on the other I miss the cool costumes we use to come with. In October I will begin my Halloween costume parade and show you some of my favorites.

I am a very lucky mama this year no waiting in lines or in the dreaded Party City waiting to be waited on and hoping they have the right size only to find out your child really doesn’t want that costume and you have to start the process over. Nope not this year, this year I was able to get my costumes from costumes4less.com. No long waits, easy access to tons of unique and fun children costumes all at the touch of my finger tips.

When I told my boys it was time to order costumes I didn’t realize I should have set aside a good hour for them to browse and decide what they wanted. One of the best features on costumes4less.com is the ability to sort within each category. For example you can start with children costumes, then sort by just boys, from there you can pick a certain type of costume, brand, or color. Also a feature that we used a lot of is the sort by warehouse. The shipping for you costume is less if you ship your entire order from one warehouse. So when we were looking for two costumes for the boys I would sort first by warehouse so that I knew whatever they selected would both be coming from the same place costing me less money.

After all the searching and sorting the boys each finally decided on their costumes!

Nick decided on the “Emperor of Evil”. I was very impressed with the quality of the costume. The material of the costume was much thicker then I had anticipated. This costume came with 6 pieces: The robe, hood, mask, gloves, pendant, and sash. For only $26.95

I was worried that the size 12-14 would be a little large for him but was excited to find when I went to place the order there was a size chart to help guide me to choosing the correct size. If you have the measurements of your chest, waist, height, and weight you will most definitely get a costume that fits correctly. As you can see here Nick loves his Halloween costume. He usually enjoys putting together his own costume but he seems very pleased with this one and hopes he can scare his sister when she is least expecting it.

Buddy had a good time browsing the site trying to pick out his costume. After many decisions made and then unmade he finally decided on the Cyborg. The price was around $17. This costume exceeded my expectations as the bones are actually 3-D and protrude from the fabric. He totally loves the costume!

I placed my order Sunday evening and they were on my door step Tuesday afternoon, that was with regular shipping no express shipping. That is what I call fast!
