Round About Cupcake Sleeves Fun and Unique Way to Bake Giveaway

When I decided that I would bring the dessert to our annual pumpkin party I wanted to bring something fun. Not just something that looked fun but something Honey and I could do together. As you know Honey and I do a lot together especially when it comes to baking. She is My Little Baker!

When Round About Sleeves about doing a review of their cupcake sleeves I thought this is the perfect opportunity to pick out something fun for me and Honey. So I started browsing through their catalog of cupcake sleeves and was amazed at how many different designs they had. Since I was bringing them for a Halloween event I first started in the Halloween section and really loved the Witchy Woman.

However I decided I didn’t want to go traditional. I wanted something different, something unique. Then I spotted exactly what I was looking for. ARGH Who Goes There? My nephew LOVES pirates. When I saw them I thought, “He will love these!” So I decided lets give them a try. So I asked to review the pirate chest cupcakes. Round About  Sleeves was so nice and sent me both pirate sleeves.

My sleeves arrived and one of the nice things is included with the instructions are suggestions about what toppings to use to get the desired effect. For example in the pirate on the left his cap spots are white chocolate chips turned upside down. For the treasure in the chest we used gold chocolate coins, M&M’s and a ring pop crushed to make diamonds. Mine did not turn out quite as gorgeous and pretty as the photos and my cupcake making experience is another post in itself. Lets just say I had a terrible experience with melting frosting. Not at all to do with my round about sleeves.

My daughter enjoyed decorating them and my nephew enjoyed eating them. Of course his favorite part was the chocolate coins. My only words of caution when using the sleeves it to make smaller rather then larger cupcakes. Make sure you by the normal or smaller sized cupcake liners, so that they will fit nicely into the sleeve. Also make sure your cupcakes are totally cooled before you frost, I’m just sayin’ it works better that way trust me!

You can purchase a pack of 12 cupcake sleeves for $8.99. They have sleeves for all occasions such as 4th of July, St. Patrick’s Day, and even Mardi Gras. There is not a holiday in which you can’t find a round about sleeve to help you celebrate. They also have sleeves for special occasions such as weddings, showers, and graduation. Liven up any party with Round About Sleeves. Turn your ordinary cupcake into a unique and fun treat for all!

Round About Sleeves is giving one lucky reader their choice of cupcake sleeves. This is perfect for the up coming holidays and the parties.
