So I posted a week ago that I was going to be doing the Shred DVD by Jillian Michael’s and updated with my progress and then you haven’t seen a post since then. I did my first day last Monday, and after that let’s just say walking and moving became a whole new experience. I guess I most have woke up those muscles because it took me a good three days to be able to move without wincing. After those three days I have to say I just became lazy and didn’t want to get up in the AM.
However last night I got home from work just full of energy so I popped the DVD in and got in my 25 minutes of Shred. It felt great and my Honey worked along side me using her stuff bear for weights. Hey use what you can they say. I love to watch her do push-ups and sit-ups she is just so darn cute.
I’m feeling good so far this morning and hoping to get in another day of exercise before getting Buddy to his soccer practice and hitting the dollar store to buy some Funky Socks for him to wear to school on Wednesday. Also need to hit the grocery store to buy some bread. Tell me how do you do weekly grocery shopping and forget bread? (as she shakes her head).
