I’m heading to Kohl’s again this weekend to exchange some clothes for my son. This time he is coming with me so he can try them on and we can purchase the right size. The boys are SOOO not shoppers. Honey on the other hand LOVES to shop with me. Let me rephrase that…she loves to shop FOR HER! She will be coming along as well because did you know that not only can you purchase your school clothes at Kohl’s you can all pick up school supplies.
“New this year, OfficeMax and Kohl’s department stores are partnering to offer shoppers select school supplies in Kohl’s stores nationwide, making it easy and convenient for parents and students to get what they need this back-to-school season.”
Last time we were at Kohl’s shopping we saw the display of school supplies from Office Max but we didn’t have her list with us. Each year the kids get a list of school supplies before school starts. It usually has something like 72 pencils (sharpened UGH), a box of 16 crayons (Crayola), highlighters, erasers, etc. Most of the supplies are brought in as “room” supplies. Only a few of the supplies like scissors, crayons, and colored pencils stay at the child’s desk. The rest are put into a supply bin for the class room. So we always try to get everything on the list to do our part to help both the teacher and children.
Office Max School Supplies at Kohl’s
Don’t tell but I think while I’m there exchanging clothes and picking up some school supplies I’ll take a peak at the grown up clothes. After all we can’t forget about the grownups! I’ll tell you a little secret….every time we do school shopping at the beginning of the school year and everything is on sale I pick myself up a brand new box of crayons. There is something about a brand new sharpened crayon that makes me smile!
You can get crayons and these other create supplies at your local Kohl’s. To help you with your school and other shopping (in case you want to spend it on yourself) we are giving away a $100 Kohl’s gift card. Enter below and good luck!
