What is one of the number one tips when trying to eat healthy, become fit, and enjoy an overall healthy lifestyle? Drinking water of course, or at least I think it is number one. Water is an essential part of our diet and often we forgo it for a sugary soda, juice, or other flavorful beverage. I’ve heard many people say they just don’t like water. I always thought that odd, after all water doesn’t have a “taste” it is…well….water! DASANI has created a product especially for the non-water liking people of the world!

I have yet to dry DASANI Sparkling but thanks to my friends at Coca-Cola I have some on the way and can’t wait to follow up with my thoughts on the new product that has been on shelves since March.
This past year has been a terrible year in the ways of fitness. There is no one to blame but myself, I’ve just gotten lazy. I have a habit of jumping right back into a fitness routine like I had never left it. As you may know this is not the best idea, you will definitely pay for it the next day. The key is adding fitness into your life in a way that keeps your life balanced. It doesn’t have to be an all or nothing attitude.

- Start Slow: Change one habit at a time. Stop drinking soda and opt for water. After 3 days add another habit, such as parking further away and walking.
- Exercise: Again start out slow take 10 minutes in the morning to add in some situps, squats, or lunges. Take advantages of small breaks in your schedule to add in exercises such as tightening your stomach muscles when you walk, or lunging instead of walking.
- Water: Drink lots of it and cut out the soda
