This has just hit my email box and I agreed to give it a look when I was at my computer one night and my husband was watching Bill Maher and I heard them start talking about this movie. It is hard to turn anywhere today without hearing about the side effects of many of our foods. I will admit I have not yet seen this movie but my understanding is you may not look at your food labels the same again. I’m neither recommending or not recommending this movie but I am interested in the concept. I have heard a lot of talk about “sugar”. Not being a dietician or an expert in food one thing I do know…I feel better when I am able to eat foods that lack sugar. I decided to check out “Rotten Tomatoes” to see what others were saying. It currently has an 83% like rating.
