This summer has been jammed pack full of fun for the kids! Every time we turn around, we’re headed to the beach, or taking the kids to the water park, or their packing up for summer camp.
You can’t really have fun in the sun in Texas without water being involved in some form or fashion.
Lands’ End has a great line of kids swimwear out for this summer. For his birthday, my son LOVED the new rash guard he got! He thinks we specifically picked it out for his 8th birthday. It’s absolutely adorable on him, and it goes fantastic with the red board shorts!
One of the best parts is that I don’t have to worry about sunburn, because Lands’ End Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) has the highest possible rating of 50!
Shown in the images below:
Boys’ Short Sleeve Summer Surf Patrol Graphic Rash Guard
- UPF 50 sun protection that won’t wear out
- Lightweight 82% nylon/18% spandex blend is naturally quick-to-dry
- Stretchy blend holds its shape when wet
Boys’ Beach Cargo Board Shorts (Rich Red)
Best on the beach (or pool, or lake).
- UPF 50 protection for excellent sun protection
- 100% polyester fabric dries in a flash
- External drawstring ties in a great fit
- Comfy mesh liner
- Knee-length cut for good coverage
- Cargo pockets with grommets to drain easily
- Full-elastic waist
They are very well made (they’re Lands’ End of course!), and they are extremely affordable, so you can grab what you need for your vacation and not break the bank!
We’ve worn and washed this set several times, and we’ve had no problems with fading or graphic peeling. The rash guard doesn’t stretch out like a regular tshirt when it’s wet. It’s been a fantastic combination for my son.
Make your way over to Lands’ End and check out all of the great swimwear choices they have for kids.
