Nutrisystem Update : Week Thirteen


My pantry food shipment came in this week and with it my little red teddy bear.  This little red bear represents my 10 lb lost so far. I have to say this 10 lbs  has not been the easiest but it has definitely been important to me. I'm still trying to climb that wall to get past the high 150's and low 160's. I happy to report I had a very good week. It wasn't so much that I stayed on track but that I didn't have much problems doing so. I was very committed this week and felt satisfied after each meal.  One thing I will tell others as my personal nutrition tip is that you need to eat, and  you need to eat per your schedule.  Sometimes I may not feel all that hungry but then I would find if I didn't eat by the time I was hungry I started debating with myself on what to eat. Nutrisystem Update : Week Eight


After my week and a half binge while on vacation my body seems to have readjusted to being back on plan.  This week I'm posting a pretty good weight loss.  I admit I thought I was going to have to work really hard to get the weight back off but really it has been nothing more then getting back to eating my yummy Nutrisystem food.  I'm 0.2 lbs from getting back to the weight I was at BEFORE vacation. As you might (or might not) have noticed I've switched my weigh in day to Friday, and I will be posting Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday mornings..  I just feel that Friday is a good mental day for me to weigh in as I've usually done really good at least Monday-Friday. Wow it seems like the past week just flew by. Or maybe I just had a lot going on.  I knew that this week wasn't going to be a huge loss because I had some events that I knew were going to be a little bit out of my control eating wise.  I actually expected a small gain or a goose egg so I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Three Weeks down and this weekend was much better then last. I'm definitely finding the weekends to be the hardest for me.
