I feel SOOO much better getting back to eating healthy. Always makes you wonder why it is so hard sometimes to do it. I can definitely tell a difference in my clothes, and I just feel better moving around. Last week I did 3 days of my C25K program and one day of a power walk with hubby. In my attempt to maintain my current weight loss over all it hasn't gone terrible. I'm definitely having a harder time then I expected to have. Had such a great week until Saturday evening. I'm not sure what came over me but I had intense cravings for ice cream and chips. Ended up eating chips and skipped the ice cream. Unfortunate for me I didn't do so well Sunday and Monday either. As I always say it is what it is and today is another day.
