UGH another tough week. I don't know what has gotten into me lately, sure I do junk food LOL. This past week was the toughest week I've dealt with in my 3 1/2 month battle so far with my weight loss. Surprisingly the scale does not reflect the week I had, though I'm not complaining. I mentioned yesterday it was definitely not one of my best. I had a really hard time this week on many accounts.
