Teva has released their Spring 2011 line and I’m excited to take part in promoting and reviewing the line. The spring 2011 line brings you the Teva Churn, Teva Sky Lake eVent, Teva Gnarkosi, and New Mush. Quite a mouthful don’t you think? I’m excited to have gotten the chance review the Teva Sky Lake eVent.
Review or not I must truthfully tell you these are the most comfortable athletic shoes that I own. I have only had one other pair that could even compete and those shoes are long gone. They fit my foot perfectly and really seem to cushion it. I feel like I’m walking on air when I walk with the Teva Sky Lake eVents.
I was a little skeptical about the dark color in the shoes, I much prefer white and lighter colors. However it is nice to have a pair of darker shoes, considering my workout clothes are mostly black don’t ask me why I think I need white shoes. Plus dark shoes don’t appear to get dirty quite as fast.
A Pair for a Foot:
For every pair of Teva shoes sold in 2011, we will help protect a linear foot of global waterways in rivers, lakes and oceans. We are targeting to steward 4.3 million feet/1.3 million meters worldwide by the end of the year.
Teva® is excited to be working with Waterkeeper Alliance and Ocean Conservancy to clean up water in existing channels. In 2011, with each pair of Teva® you buy, the brand will clean one linear foot of water.
Teva was spawned from the invention of the first sports sandal. Essentially, Teva® has two fundamental responsibilities: to play and to protect. We play in the water, but we also see the need to be protected from it. Our responsibility is to manage this delicate balance, so you can go forth without reservation. Armed with a quarter-century worth of knowledge and technology, we are dedicated to developing products that strike this balance to deliver the most out of your adventures.
This is exactly why I love these shoes and when I say they fit me perfectly I mean they fit me perfectly: Expanding upon our line of women’s specific light hiking product is the Sky Lake eVent. Unlike many women’s boots that are just clunky, sized down versions of men’s hiking boots, the sleek Sky Lake eVent was designed from the ground up to fit a woman’s foot perfectly. So unless clunky is your thing, why choose between style and performance when you can have both?
One lucky winner will receive the same pair of shoes that I was able to review
