Check out 14 Back-To-School Favorites
by Colleen Shibley at Foodie.com
Three weeks left until the kids are official school bond. My boys who are 17 (well will be 17 this Sunday) and 14 are definitely not happy about the occasion. However my 8 year old daughter can not wait. She has had a good summer playing Minecraft, watching, videos, doing some crafts, bowling, swimming, and family vacations, but she missing her girlfriends. Also she loves to learn. Once school starts she will say she would rather be home but the truth is she loves the challenge of school.
I thought it would be great to collect some great “Back-To-School” recipes. Some are great gifts for teachers like the back-to-school cookies. You will find some great ideas for non-traditional bag lunches and even a few healthy disguised lunches in the collection. Just a little bit for everyone.

The granola bars are great! I’ve only made homemade ones once before but they were eaten up far more quickly in my home than store bought ones ever are. I’ll have to try that recipe you featured.
