I use to have a longer list but over time I have shorten the list to the places that bring me the most traffic, deciding to maximize my advertising efforts so I can concentrate on more pleasant task like blogging!

I think with blog giveaways, it really is a matter of getting the word out as many places as possible. When I advertise mine everyday and do all the linkys, my entries are way up. By far, the individual site that sends the most traffic my way is online sweepstakes with sweepstakes advantage coming in a close second. If I only had time to submit to a few places, I would start there. However, I really do think that the daily linkys can increase your traffic quite a bit.
