Now all that said I have this hot workout in my hands, however I have yet to pop it into the DVD player. With my recent Brandcation 2012 trip last weekend I’m further behind then I wish to be. So I’ve yet to really sit down pop it in and work on a schedule. I can’t wait to do so and see if it does all that it promises. With my arsenal of workout DVD’s, equipment, and iPhone applications. I should be fit as the trainers right now. Unfortunately like may I start a program, and burn myself out trying to fit it into my already packed schedule and eventually hang it up. I really want to break that cycle because for my exclamations of this being the year of Health we are half way through May and I’m no better or worse then I was in January.

It would seem that you need a lot of energy to do these workouts – unless you are able to get more energy as you do them. They seem comprehensive,but too much for me

Once again, I am waiting for a FULL review from you on this program – which really caught my eye – in a “big way…
No, not because my butt is THAT big! It’s worse than that! It is fallen – and definitely needs at LIFT Big Time! It’s always been a bit low and flat looking in pants and tight-fitting clothes – but now it’s feeling the gravitational pull even more than ever. I’ve tried all the fancy, expensive and uncomfortable special underwear – and I’m not pleased with the results or the discomfort.
It would be really fabulous to give myself a REAL lift, through building up my own muscles (with the added benefit of still looking good with your clothes OFF!)
For those of you who don’t understand why my low falling flattish butt is such a big problem – think about it: now matter how trim and toned your tummy and waist might be without a well toned-rounded and lifted BUTT your waist will always look BIG and you will look top-heavy too!
I hope this product works well for you – if it does – this will become my special summer self-improvement goal (not that I don’t already have quite a few other – goals going already!) Please keep us posted!

I know, I still have not gotten it out of the box.
I have found that trying to stick to any actual program when the kids are in school is tough. I stay up until 12-1 trying to work on the blog. Then wake up tired, take the kids to school, go to work, get home at 6 and then I’m either going to soccer or baseball practice, helping with homework, making dinner, or spending time with the family.
I always have great intentions and am hoping with the summer my time might be freed up a little more.

I tried this program, and got dis-enchanted with it because I can’t “dance” LOL. I however would like to revisit this DVD sometime in the future (like when I can afford it haha)
