I love this quote I found on the Child Hunger Ends Here Facebook page. Child Hunger is not just a third world country problem 1 inf 5 kids in America are not sure where their next meal is coming from. Can you even imagine? My biggest issue is deciding what I want for my next meal I can’t imagine not knowing if I was going to have one. I’m thankful that my children do not have to worry either but am also motivated to help those that do have such worries.
The Child Hunger Ends Here program needs your help to donate meals to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization. You can participate by purchasing the food you already purchase from ConAgra Foods and P&G. All you have to do is enter the code found on specially marked products. Each code will equal one meal donated.
It’s easy to make a difference! Look for the red pushpin and locate the code found on specially marked ConAgra Foods and P&G products. For each 8-digit code entered at www.ChildHungerEndsHere.com from March-August 2014, ConAgra Foods or P&G, respecFvely, will donate the monetary equivalent of one meal to Feeding America
Child Hunger Ends Here is giving you the exciting opportunity to “Ask Hunter” a question—and he may answer it personally! Just enter a code on www.childhungerendshere.com for the chance to ask Hunter Hayes a question. Each month through August 2014, Hunter will personally answer one question (using the winner’s name!) and post the video to the Child Hunger Ends Here Facebook page. What will you ask Hunter Hayes? Do you want to know about his biggest hobbies outside of music? Or maybe why is so passionate about helping end child hunger? Use your imagination!

What a great cause! And it might turn out to be a lot of donated meals! ConAgra and P&G make a lot of food items that I’m sure many families buy. I’ll have to look out for these specially marked products.

This is such a great cause. I have a bunch of those pot pies in my freezer right now. I will have to check it out.

I hate that there are so many hungry people. i wish I could just feed them all. I’m so glad that with each code entered, someone hungry is receiving a meal.
