One More Day! One More Day! I have one more day left of the 5-Day Fast Forward Plan and then on to a little variety. I am not going to lie I SOOO can not wait.
Day 4 went by in a blur I got extremely busy after lunch at work and totally missed the smoothie I was going to eat to keep my hunger at bay. However I was so busy I didn’t notice I was hungry. I left work later then usual after 6 and the minute I got in the car my stomach started rumbling. The great part is I still had my smoothie all nice and cold prepared this morning so I sipped it on the way home. Worked like a charm!
Now this morning is another story. I had planned on getting some fruit at the store on my way home, totally forgot and had more work to do. I didn’t remember until close to 11 I needed fruit. So my plan is to leave a little early this morning and grab some frozen blueberries and fresh raspberries on the way to work.
Just a tip on what works for me. As you know I did switch to frozen blueberries with Cynthia’s suggestions due to my raspberry dilemma. Despite the smaller amount of fiber I am happy with this work around. What I like to do is use the frozen blueberries for my parfait and smoothie. I pour some of the blueberry juice in it and mix it together. The blueberries give it texture and a bite of sweetness when I catch one while eating. I like to use the fresh raspberries for the meals when you can just eat them on the side.
In addition to the fruit I’m also going to have to prepare for my next two days (at least) on the program so it looks like it will be two trips to the grocery store. It is a good thing it is so close, within walking distance actually. If I felt like walking that is.
Also I did get in TWO days of running so far this week and am hoping to get one in today. DARN I may have to get up in time to make a list to hit the grocery store only in the AM.

Food: Not much to expand on this other then looking forward to Day 6!
Mood: Good mood today, way to much energy. The great thing is my stressed work day did not trigger any craves or need to eat.
Physically: Can’t wait to see if I lost any inches Saturday!

Side Note: UGH Publix had no fresh raspberries, looks like blueberries for my last day!
