Golden Mushroom Pork Chops
- Lean boneless porkchops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt (optional)
- 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
- ¼ cup water
- Oil
- Coat an electric skillet (or frying pan) with oil
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
- Brown pork chops on each side 10-15 minutes
- Remove pork chops and add soup and water to pan and bring to a boil
- Place pork chops make into pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until fully cooked
- Serve pork chops with extra sauce
I prefer a thicker sauce so use a smaller amount of water.
