Chocolate Heath Pudding

Change your chocolate pudding into something a little more delightful
Recipe type: Dessert
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • ⅔ water
  • 3 tablespoons of Heath International Delight
  • 4 egg yolks (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla
  1. In a medium heavy sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Stir in milk, water, and Heath International Delight.
  3. Cook and stir mixture over medium heat until it becomes think and bubbly.
  4. Then cook an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir, then add egg yolks (already beaten).
  6. Heat again to bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook and stir for 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla
  8. Cover and chill
