When I don’t diet I go crazy on junk food. It is either on or off with me and this is a cycle I need to break. So I’ve decided to just start slow and try my best to eat healthier, got out soda, and get a little exercise. No scales, no weighing, just trying to switch out some foods and get in a little exercise when I can. So this weekend we bought the ProForm Hybrid Trainer. It doubles as an elliptical and bicycle in one.
I’ll let you know what we think of it when I get a chance to read the manual and testing it out.
