Since I’ve known my husband one fear he has always had is something going wrong with his heart. I believe it was because his father had a heart attack at a young age. Being healthy and keeping your heart healthy is such an important part of a long life. I remember once taking my husband to the hospital because he felt like he was having chest pains. Thankfully it was not his heart but his gall bladder that can often cause pains higher in the chest. Exercise and eating well is a great way to keep your heart pumping along.
