Tis’ the week for giving right? So this week I’m asking you to give. Help Me Save! I know there are a million sites that I can go to gather information. I can spend hours looking for deals. The truth is I’m not the best at saving money when it comes to the weekly task of grocery shopping. I’ve never watched Extreme Couponing and honestly from the little that I’ve heard it is way above and beyond what I am looking for.
My biggest issue is time! When I began blogging it was a hobby, something to pour my creativity into. However it has now become almost a second job, a job that I love, but it takes up a lot of time like a job would. The benefit to me and my family is extra income and exciting opportunities. I would like to save some of the extra income. I find myself saying I would love to do this or that if I had the time.
This is why I’m asking you to help me save time researching and just give it to me straight. How do you save money grocery shopping, on bills, or anything that you think is relevant? I am a couponer at heart only, which means I have good intentions but I never follow through. I cut out coupons one week and by the time I revisit them they are expired. Or I cut them out and take them with me to the grocery store only to spend a lot of time sifting through them to find the amount, size, or brand I need. I am that girl standing there with coupons falling to the floor as I look for that one on cereal I know I cut out but can’t remember the brand or size box I need to buy.
I would love your tips on how you organize coupons, how you use them, what other money saving tips do you engage in. Give it to me straight! I would love to compile a list of great money saving tips from all of you so show me what you got!
