Sounds like the title of a book! Raising my daughter has been such a different experience than the boys. I don’t know if it is a boy girl thing, my experience by the time she was born, or just her personality.
Ask Honey what her favorite vegetable is: Zucchini
She prefers vegetables over bread and loves meats!
This weekend she spent the night at her grandmothers and they made personal pan pizza so all the kids could make a pizza with their very own toppies. My daughter had her usual ham and pineapple but then surprised everyone when she decided to add artichoke hears! Yes you read that currently my 6 year old daughter asked for artichoke hearts on her pizza and even better she LOVED them!
Note: My sons are at the other spectrum when it comes to veggies, they are evil food from another planet.
Does your child regularly eat vegetables? What kind do they prefer?
Liz @ A Nut in a Nutshell says
I love veggies and so do my kids, so I kinda lucked out there. I’ll choose bread over veggies, but I’ll choose veggies over meat any day of the week.

My oldest will eat just about any veggie that you put in front of him and then sadly my youngest won’t touch anything if its not called Green Bean. I don’t know why he is that way, we’ve always ate all different kinds of veggies even when they were little, but he decided on day he was not going to eat them.
Mom says
She also had mushrooms on the pizza.

My son is a proud, self-proclaimed “meat-a-tarian”.
My daughter, on the other hand, would get soooo excited when I made fruit salad!
So, I hear you.

I think it is pretty cool that your daughter experimented with new vegetables on her pizza…not alot of kids are as brave as your daughter. I am not as adventerous as her….
Debbie Rhoades says
I had a daughter and a son — they are both grown now. My daughter loves, absolutely loves, to cook, and in some ways he is more apt to try new things to eat than she is. She has surprised me, though, by liking things I would never eat. My son can cook things that you just put on a cookie sheet and stick in the oven, but really, the only cooking he does is when he makes his Buffalo Chicken Dip.
My daughter prefers broccoli, asparagus, green beans, corn on the cob; my son prefers about the same, except he likes turnip greens and she won’t even taste them lol. They both eat zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms; she eats artichoke hearts and cauliflower, but he doesn’t.

My kids are very good veggie eaters, they love eating fruits and vegetables
Neiddy Ruiz says
My kids like to eat vegetables, I started having a little bit of trouble when my daughter started kindergarten because suddenly she stopped liking her favorite vegetables, i think what happened was that she would see other kids don’t wanting to eat their broccoli and saying they didn’t like it and she was afraid to be different. One day she told me one little boy asked her, you like that? I talked to her and told her it’s ok to be different than the other kids , everybody is different and have different likes and dislikes. I think she got the message because she loves her veggies still.
