To start with let me answer the question asked in Part I. How much fiber do you need daily? 25 to 30 grams a day. Studies show fiber can lower blood cholesterol levels, improve and prevent constipation, slow digestion AND help you lose weight.

I would try the weight management also. I think I get enoug fiber as I eat a lot of vegetables but probably maybe not.

I think I’d pick the Fruity Bites because I don’t love the taste of vitamins or supplements. They’d be a good transition for me. I need to add more fiber to my diet.
