Hi, Cynthia,
I am on my fifth day of the fast forward and I love the plan. I am a vegetarian, so I was happy to see that your plan was easily modifiable. I purchased the book on my Kindle and was wondering if you plan to post a printable “cheatsheet” of the five puzzle pieces on your web site and/or a grocery list for the core plan? It would be great to have the grocery list handy to take to the store and I would like to post the puzzle in my kitchen and also keep a copy in my purse.

Thank you for buying the book! I’m so happy to hear this as this was very important to me. I have been talking to my publisher about this for Kindle users. I don’t have one but I understand you can’t print things like the food diaries, cheatsheet, etc. They tell me they are working on it so please check www.facebook.com/cinchyourself – I’ll post any updates there. Colleen, first thank you for this wonderful blog. You really inspired me. I’m starting my second day and have dropped 3 lbs. Water, yes, but I feel so much less bloated! Did you find the almond butter at Publix? I can’t seem to find it.

No I actually found the one I’ve been using at Wal-Mart and it is the best I’ve tried so far. It is MaraNatha All Natural No Stir Almond Butter Creamy.
