2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (or your choice of meat)
1 Medium Onion
1 1/2 can (10 oz.) & Green Chilies, drained
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
8 oz , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Fold together all ingredients (except VELVEETA®)
Cubein very small cubes, and fold evenly into meat mixture
Bake at 375 for one hour. Broil an additional 5 minutes for a crispy top layer.
Note: The VELVEETA® will cause a good amount of excess liquid that you should drain before serving.
