Music has away of seeping into your body and lifting your spirits when you need it, soothe you to sleep, or get your blood pumping when you are exercising. Just this weekend my mom told me she was cleaning her house the “old-fashion” way. Which meant she was doing what we use to do as a kids, pump up the music, dance, and clean!
Monster had partnered with Kellogg’s to keep the kids engaged and excited throughout the school year. All of my kids own several pair of headphones from ear buds to over the ear and even wireless. Each pair has it’s place. Honey has been using her Monster headphones each morning to help get her motivated for the day.
She is on a pretty set schedule. She rolls out of bed and makes her way to the breakfast table to watch a few entertaining videos to help get her in a good mood before she starts her day. She always starts the day with a delicious breakfast such as Kellogg’s cereals.
Tips to Engage and Inspire Your Children
- Keep them satisfied. Whether they’re sassy and savory or super and sweet, pack them a smart snack to suit their personality and get their juices flowing. Smart snacks are baked, low in fat and available in pre-portioned, smart-sized packets.
- Creative catalyst. Inspiration can strike anywhere from the bus to the playground. Give your kids the tools they need to capture it with a small sketch pad and a supply of colored pencils. Keep a compact set of supplies in their backpack so they put every idea to paper every time!
- Music motivation. It doesn’t matter if your style is hip-hop, alternative or country, nothing defines your style and gets you moving like music. Monster N-Tune on-ear headphones brings your favorite music, movies and games to life with unmatched clarity and depth; hand-tuned with precision and bass designed to blow you away. Their compact sleek colorful design completes any style and will fit perfectly in a backpack.
- Stylish security blanket. Every kid has it, that one piece of clothing that makes them feel like a king or queen. Put that shirt, scarf or hat – whatever it is – into their backpack so they can easily sport it whenever they need an extra confidence booster at school!
She has been enjoying her new Monster headphones, the ear pads are comfortable, they extend or in her case contract to fit any head size and they do a god job of canceling out surrounding sound. I know because I usually have to wave to get her attention!
I love that my daughter can be herself no matter what she is doing. I remember at a birthday party many years ago a gentleman was handing out balloons to the kids as they left the party. Pink for the girls and black for the boys. When it was Honey’s turn to receive her balloon she asked the man if she could have black instead! She didn’t care that all the other girls had pink. With the variety of colors Monster offers your child can show their individuality with their choice.
