I happy to report I had a very good week. It wasn’t so much that I stayed on track but that I didn’t have much problems doing so. I was very committed this week and felt satisfied after each meal. One thing I will tell others as my personal nutrition tip is that you need to eat, and you need to eat per your schedule. Sometimes I may not feel all that hungry but then I would find if I didn’t eat by the time I was hungry I started debating with myself on what to eat. If you just eat as planned when planned you will maintain on even keel.
One thing I don’t know enough of that I need to get better at is utilizing the Recipe Center at Nutrisystem. It is usually so easy to just grab the boxes of food I never stop to think what I can actually do with them. To give you a glimpse of what you will find…
