First I wanted to say Happy 4th of July to all my readers, friends, and family. I have to admit that other then the holiday it is heaven having 3 days off of work. I feel so much more relaxed when I finally get back to the grind.
I had a decent week though the weekends are still tough. Of course let’s not even talk about the 4th of July weekend. Actually I’ve been battling a cold the last couple of days so my appetite has been at a low.
I’m looking forward to my next order as I’ve realized their are some foods that don’t agree with me. I really really love the muffins in the morning the banana nut, chocolate chip, and blueberry however after talking with my mother who spoke with a Nutrisystem counselor we found that the sugar alcohol in the muffins play havoc with our tummies around lunch time.
I plan on ordering more of the breakfast sausage and granola for my last month. I’m also planning on really kicking it in gear. I have one month until BlogHer (yes I am officially going to BlogHer) and I want to lose a good 8-10 lbs before I go.
It isn’t so much the weight loss as the inches. I can really feel in the last couple of weeks that my waist has gotten bigger instead of smaller. However I know if I just put my mind to it and get it together the weight will melt off in no time.
Mini Goal: I’m making myself a mini goal this week and it is NO CANDY. I have been munching on candy at work, so my goal this week is to eat no candy.
Today I have a little montage of photos. I got the inspiration for this from LeeAnn at The Life of Rylie…and Bryce too!
