For me they are a great way to eat a full breakfast easily at work. My morning usually consists of getting up in time to get ready, grab my breakfast and lunch and head into the office. The new Jimmy Dean Bowls found in the frozen isle at Target are full of premium ingredients and contain 21-23 grams of protein which is a must if you want your breakfast to carry you through until lunch.
I have a secret about Jimmy Dean Bowls…I don’t eat them just for breakfast. Whoever decided what was good breakfast food had no clue how yummy it is to eat breakfast for lunch, dinner, or even a snack! Sometimes when I get to work someone will have brought in breakfast for the office. It is only respectful of me to partake in my co-workers generosity.
