Thanksgiving is a time for the three F’s: family, football, and food. This Thanksgiving I woke at 8 am and didn’t stop. You may think oh she was cooking all day. That is not the case, my family doesn’t trust me with Thanksgiving dinner. I simply bring the green bean casserole, a bag of frozen corn, and rolls. This weekend I vowed to get my home spic and span! I have been busy each night feverishly working on the Countdown to Black Friday that things have slipped a litle on the home front.
I jumped up, started the laundry, the dishes, and started on spring cleaning one of the boys rooms. I few computer breaks and it was 11:30. I knew I needed to start getting both myself and Honey ready to leave to meet my family at my sisters at 1pm. But wait….I totally forgot something! During that entire time frame I forgot to EAT! Now it is late and I don’t want to eat a full meal, we will be eating enough at my sisters.
Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches to the rescue! Small enough to not count as an entire meal, but big enough to get a little food into my system before I headed into the shower. I purchased two boxes of these about a week and a half ago because the Walmart that currently stocks them is not my normal Walmart. I thought they would last me a little bit with 16 sandwiches. I grabbed the box and my sandwiches and…..
I must say everyone loves these especially my husband and I. They are prefect for a little snack without filling you up before a meal. My son has requested that I purchase the ones without cheese in the future. You can find them at your local Walmart, however before you run out to get them I definitely suggest you check out the store locator to be sure they are at the Walmart of your choice. You are going to want to purchase at least two boxes. Why you might ask? Because Walmart has a sweet deal for you…buy 2 Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches and get a $5 Walmart card (while supplies last).
