If someone asked me what food would I not want to give it it would be cake, or ice cream, or even candy. In fact, it would be anything sweet I have no problem passing on the sweets. What I do have a hard time passing on are french fries and potato chips. I love the salty flavor. However as you know both of these are definitely not the most sensible snack to eat. In enters Sensible Portions!
Sensible Portions has just come up with a new Puffs that are baked with corn!
Sensible Portions Puffs
Made with organic corn and no fillers, Sensible PortionsTM Puffs are baked and deliciously seasoned bite-size poppable treats for the entire family to enjoy! Sensible PortionsTM Puffs are made with the belief that an after-school snack, or a movie-watching treat, can be fun and delicious while also being a better-for-you, smarter snacking option.
When our Sensible Portions Puffs arrived my youngest son, who inherited my love for the salty, asked when he could open them. So today my official tester is my youngest son and he has tried them all. They come in four great flavors!
I came home from work the other day and saw that he had a bowl of them for his afternoon snack. As a mom what I love about them is that they are so much better than other snacks. Sensible Portions Puffs are made with organic corn and contain no artificial flavors or preservatives. These delicious puffs are also GMO-Free and Gluten Free, making them a smart family snacking alternative.
I asked him which was his favorite and was not surprised when he answered, “Definitely Sour Cream & Onion”. This has always been his favorite flavor. Looking at the size of the bags left I can figure out that his second choice was cheddar. I thought it would be fun to put all the flavors together and make a flavorful movie night snack instead of popcorn.
