Oh I am so glad I found this we have so much turkey left over in our freezer atm from Easter my Dad way over did it cooked a whole Turkey and then an additional turkey breast so I have been looking for recipes!! Id’ for sure try the turkey alfredo but use the finely cut leftover turkey instead o ground. And probably leave out the fennel. OHMYgosh. these look so tasty!
