If there is anyone in the Shibley family that is a huge proponate of vitamins that would be my husband. My husband religiously takes vitamins daily. I myself usually forget or don’t take them consistently. Quite a few years ago I started thinking my children should probably take vitamins as well. Especially the boys since their diets rarely consist of high nutrient foods. My daughter at least gets quite a lot of vitamins out of the food she eats since she loves veggies, fruit, and healthy food.
I tried buying some “teen” vitamins for my teenager but since he won’t swallow a pill it ended up being a waste. I recently had the opportunity to try up&up children gummy multivitamins from Target. I still can’t get my teenager to take the vitamins, he doesn’t eat candy so even the gummy did not interest him. However my younger son LOVES them, and I often have to make sure he is only taking the recommended dosage.
I was surprised to find that up&up also makes adult gummy multivitamins. They provide the same healthy nutrients as other multivitamins. I tried them and have to admit the taste makes me want to remember to take my vitamins LOL.
At a dosage of 2 gummy vitamins a day a 70 count bottle like the one I was given to try will last a little over a month. The product contains all natural colors and flavors and contains no wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, peanuts or soy (some of the common allergens). It also provides a 100% daily value of many vitamins such as folic acid, chromium, and more. (Percentages based on a 2,000 calorie diet)
up&up is an exclusive Target brand that provides high-quality, well-designed products at low prices. With over 1,000 products to select from in 45 different categories such as health care, household care, personal care, baby care, and beauty. There is sure to be a product out there perfect for you lifestyle.
Target wanted to give you a little discount in trying out some of the up&up products with this special coupon just for you: http://coupons.target.com/upup-coupons
Do you take a daily multivitamin? How about your kids do you give them one as well?

I never realized that the Up & Up products included vitamins, but I don’t think I’ve ever gone down that aisle at Target…lol..so that would be explain it! These Gummy vitamins are a great way to get BOTH kids and adults alike to take vitamins on a daily basis – as swallowing pills is not favored by most and often leave an undesirable after-taste.
